Kevin McGrath, Chairman

Kevin McGrath DL OBE is Chairman of M&M Property Asset Management having previously been Managing Director and Senior Adviser of F&C REIT Asset Management. He is also Chairman of INTCAS which is an independent technology and support service company that assist education institutions from across the world to attract, recruit and manage international students in a safe, compliant and cost efficient way. Prior to F&C REIT, Kevin was a founding equity partner in REIT Asset Management, a property investment, finance and asset management partnership, which managed a commercial property portfolio around the world and had offices in London, Munich, Tel Aviv, Stockholm and Mumbai.

Prior to REIT Asset Management, Kevin was a Senior Investment Surveyor with Hermes Investment Management, the fund manager for British Telecommunications and Post Office Pension Schemes. Before that he worked for various local authorities in a variety of property related positions and prior to that he worked in manufacturing and banking.

Kevin graduated from the Polytechnic of the South Bank with a BSc (Distinction) in Estate Management. He also obtained a post graduate diploma in Property Investment (Award Winner) from the College of Estate Management.

Kevin is a chartered surveyor who has worked in the property industry for 30 years, is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors and is a Freeman of the City of London. He is a Trustee of a number of charities

Stephen Inglis, Non-Executive Director

Stephen Inglis has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial property market, most which has been working in the investment and development sectors. His career to date has been split between London and Scotland giving him an extensive knowledge of the UK property market. Having worked for several of the larger international property consultancies, Stephen returned to Scotland and established a specialist property investment consultancy business, with the objective of providing a superior quality of advice and service than he had witnessed being provided by larger practices. 

Stephen is the founder of London & Scottish Property Investment Management (the Asset Manager for Regional REIT). He was instrumental in establishing the Tosca Commercial Property Funds in 2013 and 2014 and subsequently combining these, undertaking the IPO and then listing as Regional REIT Ltd.

During his career to date, Stephen has undertaken a broad range of investment and development activities both as advisor and principal including the establishment of Jersey Property Unit Trusts; complex development funding; the establishment and selling of special purpose vehicles; advice on establishing joint venture vehicles as well as more regular sales and acquisitions of property portfolios and individual investments. In addition, he has also worked very closely with banks in assisting them with restructuring and formulation of business plans of distressed loans and situations where covenants have been breached. As part of this role, he sat on the boards of several bank funded private property companies. 

In his current role, he has, since June 2013, acquired or sold over 300 assets in deals totalling more than £1.4bn. He has responsibility for running all functions within the Asset Manager’s structure, from investment management to asset and property management. 

Stephen became a member of RICS in 1991 and is also a Board member of the Investment Property Forum, Scotland. 

 

Nicole Burstow, Non-Executive Director

Nicole has over 20 years’ experience across the financial services sector and is a qualified chartered accountant. Nicole’s experience includes a 15-year career at Deloitte LLP where she was a Director before moving to DSW Capital, a publicly listed mid-market challenger professional services network, initially joining as CFO and latterly Deputy CEO. During her time at DSW Capital, she was shortlisted for Chief Financial Officer of the Year at the 2023 Women in Finance Awards.

Nicole is currently CFO of the Bridgemere Group of companies, consisting of a portfolio of strategic long-term investments and businesses in housebuilding, land and property development and leisure.

Frances Daley, Independent Non-Executive Director

Frances Daley is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with a predecessor firm to EY, spending nine years in corporate finance, followed by 18 years in various chief financial officer roles. From 2007 to 2012 she was group finance director of the private equity backed Lifeways Group, the UK’s largest provider of specialist support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Frances is a non-executive director of Henderson Opportunities Trust PLC and chair of Baring Emerging Europe PLC.

Massy Larizadeh, Independent Non-Executive Director

Massy has 30 years’ experience within the financial services sector, 17 of which were within commercial real estate, working for companies such as GE Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield Investors, and Deloitte.

Massy is also a non-executive director of Orbit Group, a large national housing association, and London & Partners, a social enterprise responsible for accessing and promoting international trade, investment and tourism into the London economy. She is also a Trustee of UP Projects a charity focused on bringing art into the public domain, which is part funded by the Arts Council.
