The Group will invest in and, actively manage a portfolio of mainly office properties or debt portfolios secured on such properties located predominantly in the regional centres of the UK outside of the M25 motorway.

The Group believes that the regions are primed for growth, benefitting from an increasing share of investment flows, as the UK economy rebounds, underpinning occupational demand in regional towns and cities with limited new supply.

To support the organic growth of the business and enhance the asset base, the Asset Manager is actively involved in a granular approach to the property portfolio and maintains a close engagement with tenants and prospective clients. All of this is underpinned by the proven experience and competency of the Asset Manager’s team. In addition, the Group will pursue an opportunistic approach to acquisitions – and to holding and selling assets – where it believes assets are mispriced and/or where there are good capital and rental income growth prospects.
